MEDITATION
Now is a good moment to start with meditation.
If you are a beginner listen to meditations on spotify, youtube or listen to podcasts to make your first steps with meditation. We know how difficult it could be having your kids, toddlers and babies at home, but if you find at least 5 minutes for your inner peace it’s worth to try it.
